‘Stories of Inspiration’ to raise money for children
LINCOLN, Neb. (March 08, 2019) – On Sunday, March 24, 2019, Nebraska Children’s Home Society will host a fundraising event at the International Quilt Study Center and Museum.
The event features Diane Gubbels, a talented designer and applique artist from Coleridge, Nebraska, who is well-known for her custom quilts. Gubbels’ quilts are inspired by her life experiences.
“We’re honored to have Diane Gubbels present her inspirational works of art in support of our services to children and families,” Chief Philanthropy Officer Brian Osborne said. “This event is a great opportunity for people to learn about Nebraska’s talent, explore the museum and support children.”
Tickets are $25, include cookies, coffee and a tour of the museum.
