NCHS’s Sand in the City® PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD goes to…

OMAHA, Neb. (June 22, 2016) Nebraska Children’s Home Society is proud to announce that the 2016 NCHS’s Sand in the City® People’s Choice Award goes to Creighton University for their Snoopy’s Dream Galaxy sculpture.
Local teams competing include- Baxter Auto, Creighton University, Firespring, First National Bank, Gallup, HDR/UNO Athletics, Hilton, Kiewit Building Group, Kiewit Engineering, Kiewit Underground, Leo A Daly/Fusion Medical Staffing, Millard Rotary, Olsson Associates, QLI, RDG/Whiting Turner, TD Ameritrade, Travel and Transport and TSYS.
Local designers include- BCDM, DLR Group, HDR, Kiewit, Leo A Daly, Offutt Air Force Base, Olsson Associates, Prochaska & Associates, QLI, RDG, TACKarchitect and US Corps of Engineers.

The 13th annual event took place at Baxter Arena on June 10-12, 2016, and raised awareness for children and families served through Nebraska Children’s Home Society.
